OpenDot is one of the Italian innovation excellences under 40 convened to draw up the priority manifesto of the PNRR

OpenDot was selected among the Italian excellences for innovation in the consultation phase for the implementation of the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience (PNRR) Under 40 within the Next Generation EU programme. The objective is the collection of observations, ideas, problems and technical contributions to create a programme plan and a network of entrepreneurial realities of young people under 40 in Italy.

At the end of the meetings, a 'manifesto' with the priorities identified in this consultation phase will be drawn up and handed over to Prime Minister Mario Draghi.

OpenDot was selected among the highly innovative entrepreneurial and associative realities from all over the country to take part in a busy calendar of meetings with Vice-President Rossini to work in the two areas touched upon by the PNRR: 'Sustainability and Green Transition' and 'Tourism and Culture'.

The other under 40 entrepreneurs involved are: Cleanap, Movimenta, Glocal Impact Network, Vaia, Reenon, Faroo, Vitesy, Wrad, Italian Climate Network, Coldiretti Giovani Impresa, BluAct URBACT Programme, IZI Travel Sicilia, B-bloc project, Paesaggi sonori, Badia Lost and Found, Museo dei 5 sensi di Sciacca, Officina Keller, Discovery South, Bike garage and more, APT Dolomiti Paganella, APT Val di Sole Trentino, AIGU Giovani per l'Unesco.

The initiative is promoted by Emanuela Rossini, vice-president of the Chamber's European Policies Commission in collaboration with Giusy Sica, founder of the think tank Re-generation Y-outh.
